Overview

Lead Clinician role at TieTalent.

Location: The Shires Stretton / Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB (covering both sites).

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract: Permanent (term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on personal circumstances).

Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.


Role and Responsibilities

* Lead the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton, working collaboratively with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split time between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload.
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils who may present with complex profiles of need resulting from autism, other neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
* Meet the needs of EHCP plans as a primary focus, target-led via OFG llgroupindividual clinical ways of working embedded into clinical practice.
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead service development of the school-based clinical service alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Maintain a person-centred, empowering approach, ensuring pupils are heard, respected and involved in decisions affecting them; uphold safeguarding culture across settings.


Essential Criteria

* Degree qualification in a specified discipline.
* Full UK professional registration and membership of a professional body (e.g., BPS).
* Experience with the specialist client group; working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and within a growing clinical service; multi-professional collaboration experience.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
