The position of Operations Co-ordinator is an office based, full-time, Maternity cover (until November 2025) role. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, possess excellent time management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to think on the spot to resolve operational issues as they occur. They will have experience working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking and prioritising were essential. Key Skills and Responsibilities Comply with all instructions and direction issued by the Operations Delivery Manager for all job-related tasks to include: * Assist the Operations Deliver Manager in the day-to-day co-ordination of all operational activities * Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery * Maintain clear and accurate operations documents for future reference purposes * Maintaining an up-to-date awareness of all project forecasts * Booking machinery, cranes, UK haulage, hotels * Booking external agency personnel & monitoring time sheets * Ensure all job-packs are prepared and uploaded for all live projects. * Create orders for project components and material(s) * Matching up corresponding invoices to orders * Creating and emailing client checklists to customers, ensuring all is in place for the project to commence.
