* Undertake comprehensive assessments under the Care Act 2014 to ensure timely, person-centred support.
* Initiate and progress s.42 safeguarding enquiries, working with individuals and multidisciplinary teams to safeguard vulnerable adults.
* Contribute to team duty functions, providing essential cover and support as required.
* Independently manage a caseload of complex cases, delivering tailored interventions to meet individual needs.
