What You’ll Do
* Launch and establish a disruptive Integrated OR solution in the UK market.
* Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive adoption across NHS and private hospitals.
* Build strong partnerships with clinical stakeholders, surgeons, hospital procurement, and C-suite decision-makers.
* Lead sales growth through consultative, solution-based selling and market education.
* Represent the brand at key conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, service, sales teams and operations.

* Proven track record in Integrated OR solutions
* Strong understanding of hospital infrastructure, operating theatre workflows, and procurement processes.
* A natural relationship builder with a consultative approach and strategic business acumen.
* Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by innovation and growth.
* Experience launching or scaling new technologies within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
