we're on the lookout for a Planning Coordinator to join the team in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.
About the Role
Joining the National Road Planing team, you will report to the Planning and Transport Manager and operate as part of our operations department, working in a fast paced and ever changing work environment,
What you'll be doing
In this role, you as the successful Planning Coordinator will be carrying out the following duties and responsibilities (not exhaustive)
1. Co-ordinating of Gangs, Transport and machinery to ensure national operations are undertaken
2. Booking of external plant
3. Liaising with customers and supervisors to ensure all works are planned efficiently
4. Communicating all information clearly to employees
5. To complete data entry on planning system and complete records for all jobs
6. Order raising and processing
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is Computer literate with Microsoft and Excel, can demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be a strong communicator with good administrative and organisational skills.
