Payroll Manager Our international law firm client is seeing a skilled Payroll Manager, who, alongside project and change responsibilities, will also manage the day-to-day payroll and benefit operations, to ensure seamless continuity. Salary to £65,000 Hybrid working – 2 days in the office / 3 days remote Highly competitive benefits & wellness packages on offer Prime City location / Liverpool Street Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage the movement of the fully managed UK payroll to a fully outsourced payroll (via ADP) Drive the payroll change project from start to finish, meeting agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget Develop and execute a change management strategy, to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes Full management of the UK benefits platform, and annual benefit window project and launch Provide any advice or guidance on employee benefits Two UK payrolls (headcount 400) (fully managed, ADP iHCM2) Payroll Manager Skills & Requirements: Proven experience leading payroll change projects Strong knowledge of payroll and benefit processes, legislation, and compliance in the UK Ideally have experience of ADP iHCM Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
