As a Sales Assistant based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, you’ll be responsible for:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch sales particularly focusing on customers with reduced or inactive spending
Assisting with general warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets
This is a full time permanent role working xkybehq 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and alternate Saturdays 08.00am - 12.00pm.
