A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a Globally known manufacturer in the Swindon Area!

Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis and lean tools.
Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and follow change control procedures.
Collaborate with teams and coordinate contractor activities, including permits and orders.
Work within cleanroom environments, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Provide technical training and support to colleagues; cover team roles when needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Recognised qualification in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
Proficient in diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
Knowledge of GMP standards and clean room protocols.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
