Your Role
As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will perform standardized and repetitive mechanical assembly operations, ensuring that every component meets our high-quality standards. With direct supervision, you’ll follow detailed instructions to help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow detailed verbal or written instructions with precision.
* Perform basic mechanical assembly operations and label components, assemblies, or subassemblies.
* Manually assemble components using visual aids, verifying specifications as you go.
* Inspect parts to ensure correct assembly.
* Utilize scanners and hand tools effectively.
* Accurately report assembly progress.
* Work closely under the supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager.
* Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
* Comply with all company security policies.
* Be open to performing additional duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
* Experience in mechanical assembly.
* Ability to use hand and power tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Strong attention to detail.
Additional Qualifications
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
* Experience in installation processes.
* Familiarity with assembly procedures.
