This is a varied role that will provide high level administrative support to the senior management team and wider business. Your responsibilities will include: Administrative Support Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and team members. Manage correspondence, including emails, letters and telephone calls. Prepare, format and proofread documents, reports and presentations. Maintain and update filing systems (both electronic and paper-based). Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Manage office equipment and liaise with suppliers or maintenance providers. Support onboarding of new staff (setting up workstations, providing office orientation, etc.). Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment. Project & Operational Support Assist in planning, monitoring and delivering business projects. Support process improvement initiatives and documentation. Track key business metrics and prepare operational performance reports. Provide administrative support for events, workshops and training sessions. Compliance & Confidentiality Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards. Maintain accurate and secure personnel and company records. Support audits, compliance reviews and quality assurance processes. Experience Required: Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an administrative/business support focused position. Confident communicator who can liaise with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders effectively. Meticulous attention to detail. Competent use of MS Suite including Excel.
