Role and Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to KS3 and 4 students of varying abilities. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress. Assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching strategies and resources. Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field. Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for educational excellence.
