You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities:Operational support to all business areas globally in production, development, DR & QA infrastructure. Team support MSsql platform.Primary responsibility of the team is to provide support to all standardized & predefined scope of infrastructure in all area taking into account business requirements, priorities, risks, synergies and technical / regulatory constraints – Event/fault monitoring and remediationIncident & problem managementUser requests & issues managementChange & vulnerability managementAll core database administration tasksEscalating cases with vendorParticipate in testing & on-boarding new production/services.This team is also responsible for planning, supporting and executing global and regional infrastructure projects. All the services have defined SLA and deliverables are measured against predefined KPIs. Team work as integral part of global DBServices team, collaborate & work hand-in-hand with regional DBAs around the globe.Installation of Sqlserver on Windows HA environment.Database Lifecycle Management - Database creation, setup & decommissioning.Database event/alert monitoring, space management, user managementDatabase upgrades & migrations, cloningDatabase backup, restore & recoveryDiagnose and resolve performance, connectivity, security and database corruption issues in a critical production environment.Database Migration from older version to and .All above applicable to infrastructure which has standalone and Cluster databasesQualifications:Strong experience in SQL Server administration in production environments.Capable of performing Database Administration tasks independently in SQL Server To, Azure SQLShould have experience in database migration including SSIS, SSRS and SSAS migrationShould have some exposure to process oriented working environment with good multitasking ability.Excellent knowledge on technology areas, ITIL process, Operational Processes, Training & documentationCapable & willingness of providing 24X7 support.PersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
