Job Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in a variety of settings, including care homes and home care environments. Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in IT systems relevant to care documentation.
* Foster a supportive environment that encourages social interaction and emotional well-being.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively.
* Experience or knowledge of working in a care home setting is advantageous.
