The Role
We're seeking a confident and charismatic Receptionist to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a member-facing role within the luxury hospitality market
Welcome and register members with warmth and professionalism, serving as a memorable first and last point of contact
Build one-to-one relationships with members to enhance their overall experience
Maintain accurate member data, including preferences, to personalise future visits
Manage all member enquiries in a timely manner, including reservations, cancellations, confirmations, private event bookings and general queries via phone and email
Demonstrate an exemplary understanding of club facilities and events, staying fully informed of daily and weekly activities
Support the events team in the coordination and execution of member and large-scale events
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
