Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Liverpool, is seeking an IT Support Analyst. In this role, you will provide support to users of all IT Business Services and assist in deploying and managing these services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Support all users of the IT Business Services.
* Log and resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and changes.
* Administer IT Business Services according to company policies and procedures.
* Suggest and implement improvements to existing IT systems and procedures.
Role Requirements
* Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
* Experience in desktop support and Microsoft 365.
* Knowledge of IT hardware and software installation and management.
