Responsibilities
This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans, such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, and supporting employment, volunteering and hobbies. The role includes assisting with daily living tasks in line with individual support plans and ensuring safe, respectful, person-centred care. The position is subject to an enhanced DBS Check, the cost to be met by United Response.

* Commitment and drive to encourage and guide individuals
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost borne by United Response)
