As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

* Builds a coaching culture within the team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
* Is a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.

* Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive leadership in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with an ability to have meaningful, considerate conversations, ensuring your team feels supported.
* Proven track record of maintaining high standards in food safety, health, and safety.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
* Experience managing labour costs and adapting to changing demands.
