The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support sales targets with admin assistance.
* Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
* Provide accurate sales and audit reports.
* Manage weekly invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Assist with hotel RFP processes.
* Load and manage preferential rates.
* Support diary management and meeting coordination for senior leaders.
* Maintain secure records on shared drives.
* Log and organize data meticulously.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in administrative support within sales and marketing.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
