Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
Duties
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organisation's hiring needs.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
* Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
* Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media management.
* Foster relationships with hiring managers of other companies to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
* Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
* Maintain accurate records in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
* Provide training and support to junior recruitment staff as needed.
* Learn and update our company CRM and close any open leads.
Skills
* Proven experience in recruitment management, able to prove end to end recruitment
* Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successful candidate sourcing.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as recruiterflow or able to learn
* Exceptional relationship management skills, fostering strong connections with internal teams and external partners.
* Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.

Pay: £27,230.00-£30,187.00 per year
