Change & Transformation Recruiter – 360° Role
Location: Liverpool Street (2 days onsite + remote options available)

We’re expanding our Change & Transformation Team and are looking for an experienced 360° Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment in this high-demand area. This is an opportunity to build a desk focused on strategic change and transformation hires, working with senior stakeholders in some of the most innovative financial services and fintech organisations.

What you’ll be doing:
* Full 360° responsibility: generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering candidates.
* Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for senior change and transformation professionals, from sourcing and engaging to placing top-tier candidates.
* Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor on change programmes, transformation projects, and strategic initiatives.
* Mapping markets, providing insight, and keeping up-to-date with trends in change, transformation, and the fintech/financial services space.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and contribute to the growth of the practice.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a 360° recruiter, ideally specialising in change, transformation, programme/project management recruitment.
* Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow client accounts in financial services and fintech.
* Deep understanding of the change and transformation talent market, including senior and strategic hires.
* Track record of delivering high-calibre professionals into critical transformation roles.
* Ambitious, resilient, and commercially minded, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative environment.
