This is an exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate and motivated individual to work with our Clinical Nurse Specialist team as a Cancer Care Navigator working specifically with the urology patient group. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing Navigators to be an integral part of improving urology patients pathways.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to complement the existing Urology team. To help the patients through diagnosis, treatment pathways and follow up. To ensure the provision of safe, seamless, appropriate service. This helps maximise the health and quality of life of patient and carers. The role will involve a significant amount of patient contact on a regular basis.
