My client, a leading construction company with a strong pipeline of traditional build residential developments across Oxfordshire, is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team. The successful Technical Coordinator will play a key role in the delivery of residential projects, overseeing all technical aspects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be working closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery in line with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
