Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of the B2B side of the UK business.
This isn’t just about winning new deals. A big part of the role is being out in the market, building relationships with agents, and making sure existing accounts are working as they should.
You’ll lead from the front. That means supporting and guiding National Account Managers, while also spending a lot of time meeting partners, improving performance across accounts, and helping drive uptake of new products.
You’ll work closely with the UK President and play a key role in shaping how we approach agents and grow B2B revenue across the UK.
Core Objectives
* Strengthen and grow relationships with letting agents across 23 UK cities
* Deliver B2B rental and utilities revenue targets
* Improve how accounts are onboarded and managed
* Drive adoption of new products across the existing customer base
* Lead and support National Account Managers
Key Responsibilities
Own the B2B side of the business
* Take responsibility for relationships with letting agents across the UK
* Spend time on the road meeting agents and staying close to what’s happening in the market
* Build and manage pipeline across both new and existing accounts
* Keep a close eye on retention and overall account performance
Account Management & Performance
* Bring more structure to onboarding and account management
* Work closely with National Account Managers to improve consistency
* Spot where accounts are underperforming and take action
* Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships
New Product Rollout
* Support the rollout of new products into the current agent base
* Share feedback from the market with product and leadership teams
* Help shape how we position and price new offerings based on what you’re seeing day to day
Enterprise Deal Management
* Lead conversations with larger agents and operator groups
* Handle multi-stakeholder deals and negotiations
* Put together commercial agreements that work for both sides
B2B Sales Ownership & Forecasting
* Own and deliver against B2B revenue targets
* Keep clear visibility on pipeline and performance
* Share regular updates with leadership on progress and risks
Market Insight
* Stay close to the lettings and PBSA market
* Share what you’re seeing in terms of competitors, pricing and customer behaviour
* Feed into how we evolve the product and commercial approach
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* Background in PropTech, lettings, or something closely related
* Experience managing and growing relationships with letting agents
* A good understanding/exposure to the PBSA space
* Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
* Comfortable working across both new business and account management
* Experience supporting or managing commercial teams
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
