I'm launching a sustainable activewear brand creating booty-sculpting gym shorts using natural fibers and plant dyes. I need a freelance fashion designer to help me develop tech packs.
Specific Requirements:
- Experience with NATURAL performance fibers (TENCEL, bamboo lyocell, recycled elastane, etc)
- Knowledge of elastane blends for compression/activewear
-Experience and expertise with knits / high gsm knits
- Understanding of sustainable fabric sourcing and certifications
- Tech pack creation for manufacturers (specifically Bali/SE Asia)
- Bonus: Experience with plant-based dyes or natural dye processes
I need someone who understands how to specify a blend of TENCEL and recycled elastane for factory production and create accurate size grading.
Please share examples of activewear projects you've done with natural or sustainable materials
