Job Description
We are seeking a commercially astute Director with health experience to join our London Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on live projects, lead small to medium-sized complex commissions, and support major new build schemes in London. It is a defined opportunity to take the lead and develop a successful career within our market-leading Health Division.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead small to medium-sized complex commissions and support major new build schemes in London.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4. Plan and secure resources for projects or programmes using appropriate tools and techniques.
5. Lead and manage project or programme teams, delegating tasks with clear roles and responsibilities.
6. Identify and manage risks and issues with effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
7. Ensure projects stay on track, delivering on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies.
8. Build, sustain, and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
9. Monitor and report progress and outcomes using appropriate metrics and indicators.
10. Evaluate the impact and benefits of projects or programmes using evidence-based methods and tools.
Qualifications
1. A proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
2. Post-graduate professional qualification in project management (preferably internationally recognized).
3. A degree qualification, preferably in a related field.
4. Experience in health projects.
5. Commercially astute.
6. Experience with NEC contracts.
