The role:
Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will support the finance manager in the post acquisition integration of a recently acquired company.
Responsibilities will include:
* Work closely with the Finance Manager under the guidance of the steering committee to integrate the accounting processes and systems of a newly acquired businesses. This will include General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable flows.
* Demonstrate a good understanding of the end-to-end process, the transactional flows, financial and operational controls and process risk.
* Work as part of a cross functional team, including HR, Tax, & Sales to ensure a smooth integration.
* Work closely with the local team to transition from the proprietary systems to Oracle EBS. Co-ordinate User Acceptance testing and results review.
* Ensure core processes are documented and build tracking analysis to support compliance. Define and communicate the Delegation of Authority. Set up Chart of Accounts mapping.
