Overview
Join to apply for the Level 2 Teaching Assistant role at Caslon Primary Community School (the role is described in relation to a position at Caslon Primary Community School, Cradley, on the outskirts of Halesowen). The post is 32.5 hours per week, starting in November 2025, based in the Nursery working with two- to three-year-old children. Working pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 3.15pm and Wednesday 8.30am - 4.30pm.
The school aims to provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment to support children’s intellectual, emotional, physical and social development. The post is subject to safeguarding requirements including medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants must be able to provide documentation proving the right to work in the UK.
Potential candidates are welcome to visit the school by contacting the school reception to arrange an appointment. The closing date for applications is Friday 26 September 2025. Interviews will be held on Monday 6 October 2025. Candidates invited to interview will be asked to prepare a 15–20 minute activity for a group of children aged between two and three years.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience supporting early years learners (two to three years old) is desirable
* Safeguarding clearance (DBS) and medical clearance as part of the safeguarding requirements
* Right to work in the UK documentation
