We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the finishing on a large residential site in the Oxford area.
Responsibilities
* Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging lists.
* Ensure works are completed in line with the project programme and deadlines.
* Liaise with subcontractors, site management, and clients.
Requirements
* Previous residential site experience
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

* Day Rate: £250/260
