Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Advisor located in Morley. The Claims Advisor will be responsible for handling and managing insurance claims, from initial communication with clients to resolving their claims. Daily tasks include processing claims, liaising with insurers, clients, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and accurately. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, analyzing claim data, and providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
* Proven experience in a similar role within the warranty or insurance industry is preferred
