Our outpatient facility at The Shard offers exceptional care across a range of medical specialties fromorthopaedicsto women’s health and as a Staff Nurse & part of a multidisciplinary team you will assess, plan, implement and evaluatehigh standardsof nursing care
As a Healthcare Assistant, you willbe responsible forproviding skilled clinicalassistanceto the nursing and medical teams. The successful candidate willparticipatein the assessment of patient care needs and implement andmaintainthe agreed standards of care.
Furtherassistingwith both patient and non-patient manual handling, cleaning duties and waste disposal, re-stocking&Phlebotomy
In this role,you’llhelp keep our clinical areas running smoothly by ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked.You’llsupport our medical team by chaperoning,assistingwith procedures, and carrying out basic observations and treatments, always prioritizing patient comfort and dignity.You’llalso handle specimen labelling,maintainaccuraterecords, and report any concerns promptly.

Whatyou’llbring:
1. Minimum NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
2. Care certificate
3. Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in Hospital Setting
4. Phlebotomy
5. Experience of working with members of the public
6. Must be able to effectively communicate in English verbally and written
