This role is for a family run Decorators Merchants who have been supplying decorating materials to businesses and members of the public for over 40 years. We are stockists for most major paint brands and we have branches across Wales and The South West. We supply large and small contractors, other businesses, local authorities and members of the public. This post will cover the Cornwall area with some coverage around South Devon.
Reporting to the Group Sales and Operation Manager the Key Responsibilities will be:
* Sales.
* Key account management.
* Developing our customer base, increasing new business and helping to ensure current customers receive an excellent service.
Requirements include:
* Significant experience in Sales- preferably in the decorative or construction industry.
* A proven track record of delivering results whilst working in a high volume fast past environment.
* The ability to generate and follow up on leads whilst being resourceful and focused on the task at hand.
* Personal skills that include computer and IT literacy and numeracy.
* A 'hands on' approach with a 'can do' attitude.
Leave entitlement 33 days per annum.
