Location: Orchard House Care Home, The Walk, Hereford HR1 3PR
Salary: £12.82 per hour
Hours: 28 hour contract (including alternating weekends)
Shift Times: 07.30-15.00 14.45.-22.15

Orchard House Care Home, located in Withington, Herefordshire, is a residential care home specifically designed for individuals with dementia.
The home is situated in a peaceful and scenic area, providing a calming environment for its residents. The care home offers a range of services tailored to the unique needs of those living with dementia, including 24-hour care and support from a team of highly trained and experienced staff.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
5. Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
6. Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
7. Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
8. Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
9. Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
10. Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
