Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retrofit coordination, holding level 5 accreditation, LCC, PAS2030 and PAS2035 standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage retrofit projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with RIBA stages and PAS2030/PAS2035 standards.
* Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, designers, and contractors.
* Conduct detailed assessments and develop retrofit plans that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
* Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
* Provide technical support and guidance on retrofit strategies and implementation.
* Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of retrofit initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in retrofit coordination, holding Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator certification.
* Expertise in RIBA stages and implementation.
* Strong knowledge of LCC (Life Cycle Costing) and LCA (Life Cycle Assessment).
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of SAP calculations and Energy Calculations.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Relevant qualifications in a related field.
