Job summary TheSingle Point of Access Administrator plays a vital role in the smooth andeffective operation of One You Kent by acting as a central administrative andcontact function for the service. Main duties of the job The role acts as the first point of contact for One You Kent, managing referrals received via telephone, email, and digital systems. It is responsible for accurately receiving, processing, triaging, and allocating referrals in line with service pathways and agreed timescales, while maintaining clear and professional communication with service users and referring professionals. The post holder maintains accurate client records across service systems in line with GDPR and information governance requirements, and supports administration including correspondence, appointment scheduling, and responding to service queries. They ensure all activity and outcomes are recorded to support performance monitoring and reporting. Working closely with the SPOA Lead and wider teams, the role supports service flow and capacity, assists with workload monitoring and performance checks, and contributes to reporting, documentation, and meeting support as required. It also provides flexible cover for colleagues during periods of absence. In addition, the role ensures compliance with service policies and contractual requirements, supports audits and data quality checks, and contributes to continuous service improvement through identifying efficiencies and improving processes.
