What you’ll do
Manage and grow existing accounts, mainly in the automotive sector. You’ll have the trust to make decisions and the support to deliver results.
Expand the services across these accounts and increase your impact. If you want, you can step into a full sales position in the future, which will lead to a salary review.
Work closely with the Ops Director and engineering teams to ensure capacity is met and promises are kept to clients. You’ll have a direct line to the decision-makers and the ability to shape how things are done.
What you’ll need
* Proven account management skills, with a track record of growing client relationships
* Technical expertise, either hands-on tooling experience or deep knowledge of tooling processes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to influence at all levels
