About the Role As Regional Facilities Manager, you will take full ownership of workplace and FM service delivery across a number of client sites. You’ll lead Sodexo teams and subcontractors, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, compliantly and in line with contractual expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop regional operational teams Manage Hard and Soft FM service delivery across multiple sites Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory and contractual requirements Proactively manage and resolve day‑to‑day compliance issues Drive audit readiness, governance and quality standards Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence Manage budgets and support strong financial performance Act as a champion for Zero Harm and a positive safety culture Travel frequently across the region to support sites and teams What We’re Looking For Strong experience in multi-site Facilities Management A genuine passion for FM and delivering great workplace experiences Proven people management and leadership skills A collaborative, team‑focused mindset Strong problem‑solving ability and confidence in decision‑making Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience with compliance, audits and governance standards Commercial awareness and budget management capability Flexibility to meet business needs and travel regionally Comfortable working independently from home Why Join Sodexo?
