We are now seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of day-to-day service delivery across our London sites. This is a pivotal role in ensuring a consistently high-quality patient experience while also helping us grow and scale into the future.

The Role
The Clinic Operations Manager will lead the operational, administrative, and compliance functions of our multi-site business. You’ll work closely with clinicians, front-of-house staff, suppliers, and the executive team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our clinics and deliver a seamless, premium patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
* Oversee daily clinic operations across sites, including front-of-house, rotas, courier/test kit logistics, appointment flow, and room scheduling.
* Ensure CQC compliance and support audits, infection control, and governance reporting.
* Manage internal systems (e.g. Semble, Google Workspace, Slack, Mailchimp); update service templates, forms, and protocols.
* Handle incident reporting, complaints, and patient service resolution.
* Support implementation of new services, patient journeys, and digital care models.
Team & Patient Experience
* Lead and support a small team of care coordinators and reception staff.
* Onboard, train, and motivate new staff and locums.
* Promote exceptional service and uphold One5 Health’s warm, friendly and professional brand tone.
Inventory, Fulfilment & Vendors
* Manage stock for clinical supplies, supplements, and home test kits.
* Liaise with pharmacy, courier, and lab partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
* Track consumable usage and support supplier management and cost control.
Business Support & Reporting
* Track KPIs including patient volume, turnaround times, satisfaction, and clinical utilisation.
* Deliver weekly operational updates to the leadership team.
* Assist with financial reconciliations, invoice processing, and cost monitoring.
Supporting Growth & Digital Scaling
As a growing company, we’re looking for someone who can also:
* Support new site openings, room expansions, and clinical service launches.
* Help operationalise digital services, from virtual consultations to at-home diagnostics and subscriptions.
* Play an active role in scaling systems and workflows to enable national growth.
* Bring ideas and structure to how we manage quality, compliance, and customer experience as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years experience in management position in a clinic, health centre, or healthcare operations role.
* Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, health and safety, patient confidentiality and infection control.
* Experience with digital systems and platforms (such as Semble, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Slack etc.).
* Strong people leadership skills and a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
* Highly organised and able to juggle priorities across multiple sites.
Working Pattern
* Full-time, 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Mondays required; remaining days rotate to ensure coverage
