We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised, self-motivated individual to join our established team as a B2B Marketing Coordinator.
Within this role, you’ll support the effective and efficient running of the B2B Marketing team and assist with the design and delivery of marketing campaigns to financial advisers.
We offer hybrid working, with two days per week at our Bournemouth office - you must be able to commute to Bournemouth regularly.
This role is offered on a fixed-term basis, until the end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing product marketing collateral (literature and web content) through workflows and governance processes.
2. Ensuring compliance standards are followed for all marketing, communications, and product materials, including sign-off processes and content reviews.
3. Managing the Savings & Retirement Marketing mailbox, responding to enquiries, and liaising with colleagues and stakeholders.
4. Providing diary management for the team, coordinating internal and external diaries, and booking meeting rooms.
5. Assisting with drafting and planning the team’s internal newsletter.
6. Coordinating the annual events programme, including roadshows and webinars.
7. Tracking budgets, raising purchase orders, and managing spend.
8. Drafting and planning social media content, monitoring engagement statistics.
9. Working with internal teams (product, sales) and external partners (agencies, media) to deliver campaigns.
10. Acting as a brand and tone of voice champion, proofing copy and materials for accuracy and consistency.
11. Collaborating with the Brand Design and Digital teams.
12. Monitoring competitor marketing activities for insights and opportunities.
About You
Our ideal candidate will…
1. Utilise strong organisational skills to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and messaging.
2. Hold or be working towards a marketing qualification (e.g., degree, ACIM). Experience in marketing or financial services is desirable.
3. Show strong literacy and creative writing skills (essential).
4. Be self-motivated, lateral thinker, and good problem-solver.
5. Manage time, tasks, and costs effectively across multiple campaigns.
6. Write copy for online and offline campaigns across the marketing mix.
7. Possess excellent communication skills.
8. Work well in a pressured, changing environment.
9. Demonstrate good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
10. Have excellent copywriting capabilities with keen attention to detail.
11. Be willing to support colleagues administratively and contribute to team improvements.
