Senior Production Analyst
Permanent
Locations: Manchester, Staines or London
Hybrid up to 3 days WFH
From £41.7k DOE + Benefits
37.5 hours per week

Working in our UK support functions, you’ll help our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional customer service and patient care. Your work will make a difference in people's lives every day.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
* Manage data and tools for the monthly production process
* Design solutions for operational reporting and analytics
* Create datasets for analytics community
* Design testing solutions for enterprise projects
* Work with data from multiple systems for dataset creation
* Recommend improvements to optimize operations
* Maintain quality control processes
* Update documentation after changes
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience with large datamarts and datasets
* Knowledge of healthcare and finance datasets
* Experience with RDMS like Oracle or SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Snowflake
* Proficiency in SQL dialects and SAS
* Experience managing multiple projects
* Process change and reconciliation experience
* Ability to improve processes with technology
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Understanding of data governance
