We’re recruiting for a D365 Business Central Lead Consultant to join an end user embarking on a Global BC implementation. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a passion for driving operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert-level support for finance-related applications, including 365BC.
Analyse, configure, and optimise business systems to meet evolving needs.
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (DORA, GDPR).
Support regulatory reporting and maintain technical documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Finance.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong understanding of finance modules (e.g., G/L, Accounts).
SQL and AL development experience.
Experience with system migrations, upgrades, and greenfield implementations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable:
~5+ years in IT functional roles, ideally client-facing.
