Overview
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a well-established luxury furniture company in their search for an administrator for a 12-month maternity cover. Growing on an international scale, this is a fantastic time to join the business and get exposure to a fast-growth and fun business.
Responsibilities
* Generating orders and quotations
* Managing the end-to-end order process including providing details regarding dispatch and delivery
* Meeting clients to discuss their brief and requirements
* Working closely with the sales and production teams to ensure a positive customer journey
* Greeting clients, running showroom tours
* Responding to client queries
What we need to see (essential)
* Previous admin experience
* Experience communicating with suppliers and clients
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, interiors, stores
* Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
* A genuine interest in furniture and design
What we would like to see (bonus)
* Current experience in a Luxury Design or Furniture company
* B2b / B2c exposure would be beneficial
