Salary: £30,881 – £34,745 (per annum)

About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Crewe Campus. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative HR professional to support the College's organisational development and HR objectives within a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide generalist HR advice to designated business areas.
2. Support staff and managers on HR matters such as recruitment, absence, learning and development, employee relations, performance, and employment conditions.
3. Produce data, reports, and statistical analysis relevant to College requirements using the HR system.
4. Ensure all safeguarding obligations are consistently adhered to.
Person Specification
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or comparable experience.
* GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths.
* Experience in a busy, fast-paced HR role managing end-to-end recruitment and absence processes.
* Strong digital literacy and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
* Up-to-date occupational experience and enhanced DBS check.
