Gym and Spa Duty Manager
Location - Central London
Salary: £13.85 per hour
Hours: Part Time - available hours to be discussed (Mon-Sun)
Please only apply if you have a min Level 2 Fitness qualification
The role
* Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
* Promote a thriving community within the spa
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa whilst on-shift
* Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
* Work with the wider residential estate team to provide a first class residents experience
* Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets
Requirements
* REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
* Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
* High level of interpersonal skills
* Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
Desirable attributes
* Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
* First aid/ Pool safety experience
