Role: Accounts Payable (Property) Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE West London - Hybrid Robert Half are proud to be exclusively partnering with a Private Equity backed advertising & infrastructure business in West London that is going through an exciting phase of growth and investment. We're recruiting an Accounts Payable (Property) to join their finance team The Role Reporting to the Transactions Manager, this role will focus on maintaining accurate landlord and property supplier accounts, supporting smooth payment processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Key responsibilities include: * Owning and maintaining the Accounts Payable ledger for property-related costs * Processing and paying property-related invoices (e.g. rent, utilities) * Reconciling supplier and landlord accounts, resolving discrepancies swiftly * Maintaining accurate supplier/landlord records within the finance system * Preparing aged creditor reports and escalating problem accounts when required * Liaising with internal teams (e.g. Asset Management, Delivery) to resolve invoicing queries * Supporting month-end close processes and audits * Ensuring all transactions comply with policies and lease obligations * Assisting with process improvements across AP and wider transactional finance * Providing cross-team cover when needed Experience: * Previous experience in finance/accounts, with a strong Accounts Payable focus * Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes * Excellent communication skills - confident liaising with suppliers and colleagues * High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines * Proactive, solution-focused team player Package: * Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 depending on experience * Hybrid working model: minimum 3 days per week in the West London head office * Exposure to a fast-paced, PE-backed growth environment * Collaborative team culture with opportunities to get involved in broader finance projects Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
