Customer Services Supervisor
£25,000 - £28,000, North Chailey, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm depending on work requirements, 20 days holiday + BH + birthday off (in leave year following successful completion of probation), Private Healthcare (with Vitality) after successful completion of probation, car parking, discount on company product.
The Role
We are working with a reputable brand based in North Chailey who are seeking a Customer Services Supervisor to join their team. You will be responsible for motivating and supporting a small team as well as taking a hands-on approach to the day-to-day customer service function of the business.
You will be responsible for:
* Responding to a high volume of emails and calls from consumers each day.
* Providing exceptional customer service in response to consumer/customer enquiries and complaints.
* Managing consumer orders throughout the order cycle and ensuring any changes are communicated effectively.
* Leading and motivating your team to ensure the department is working efficiently.
Requirements
