Requirements
Key responsibilities of the Senior Technical Processor:
* Act as the senior technical advisor to the Processing team
* Provide expert advice to colleagues within the Processing team, including assets, parts, job types, and customer support
* Support the Technical Processing Supervisor to drive team productivity
* Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements
Managing the company asset management system:
* Regularly check and update asset details, record history, bookings, works in progress, service configuration, and site/dates alignment
* Ensure work reports are processed efficiently
* Communicate updates or amendments to service lists to relevant technicians
Handling job sheets and certificates:
* Liaise with technicians to ensure job sheets and certificates are complete and accurate, including technical info and task-specific data
* Provide feedback on non-conformances to technicians and supervisors when necessary
Managing subcontractors for external work:
* Process subcontractor jobs according to contracts and rates
* Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve completed work queries
* Arrange cost processing and obtain quotes for repairs
* Raise concerns with senior processors or supervisors for technical issues
Job sheet processes:
* Ensure technician hours and purchases are accurately recorded
* Verify the correctness of submitted job sheets regarding assets, location, hours, tasks, and parts
* Transfer data to PAMS and client systems, including costs
* Maintain work-in-progress records and technician folders
* Process jobs on PAMS and client portals, providing feedback on incomplete or non-compliant job cards
Health & Safety and Wellbeing:
* Follow company H&S procedures as per employee handbook
* Complete relevant training courses
* Manage technician training and PPE requirements
* Monitor technician H&S on site where possible
* Ensure daily jobs are processed or flagged for action
