Our OPD covers an impressive range of specialties, including ENT, urology, neurosurgery, plastics, oncology, dermatology, and more.
You'll be part of an expert multidisciplinary team providing excellent clinical care to patients with complex surgical procedures and oncological cases. You'll also provide acute medical interventions to patients with a wide range of conditions.

Main duties of the job
Providing high-quality, effective, individualised nursing care to patients across all three sites by assessing their needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans without supervision.
Maintaining accurate clinical observations of patients, utilising nursing skills and competencies.
Assisting in the teaching and development of nursing assistants and students, helping them to achieve their learning outcomes.

Person Specification
* NMC Registered Nurse
* 24 months experience in healthcare
* Pre-Admission course completed
Experience
* Experience in a busy OPD setting
* Experience with a variety of specialties in OPD (Neurosurgery, Urology, ENT, Oncology, Plastics, Dermatology, etc.)
* Experience with Pre-Admission is a plus
Skills/knowledge/abilities
* Excellent phlebotomy skills
* Knowledge of care planning, preceptorship, reflection, and clinical supervision
* An awareness of current developments in nursing and a knowledge of the NMC Code
* A solid understanding of relevant terminology and clinical procedures across specialties
* Previous working experience with private facilities
