Full training will be given but the essential requirements are a professional telephone manner and attention to detail. This role would be ideal for someone wanting to move away from retail or hospitality and wishing to secure an office-based position offering more sociable working hours. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 to 13:00. The company is based in the centre of town, providing excellent public transport routes for candidates who may not drive. The salary will be reviewed after completion of training which could be as early as 3-months. Key Duties and Responsibilities Support general customer enquiries over the phone and via email Arrange and confirm bookings with customers Coordinate bookings in the booking system Process hire extensions Coordinate off-hire of loan vehicles General manual and electronic record keeping Ad hoc management reporting General office administration including emailing, filing and photocopying Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional and confident telephone manner IT literate Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to any situation A positive attitude to problem solving Flexible with good time keeping
