The Role
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis to aid business decisions
* Assist with audit processes, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance requirements are met
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
* Provide financial insight and support across departments, contributing to continuous process improvements
The Person
* Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant (final stage candidates considered)
* Strong grounding in financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end processes
* Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
