We're seeking a Transport Administrator to ensure smooth and timely freight movement between Dartford and our regional partners. Your role will be crucial in coordinating collections and deliveries efficiently.

What you will be doing:
* Analyse daily freight volume and data to monitor and manage the flow of freight to and from Dartford.
* Resolve Issues efficiently and be the go-to problem solver, addressing and resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.
* Serve as the primary contact for all Europa employees and selected partners, ensuring seamless communication.
* Understand Consignment Volumes and gain a deep understanding of collective consignment volumes to optimise operations.
* Collaborate with the trailer routing team to find innovative solutions for managing excess freight.
* Keep meticulous daily records of key performance indicators to track and improve performance.
Our Ideal Person:
* Ability to analyse daily freight volume and data to monitor and manage the flow of freight.
* Able to efficiently resolve issues and be the go-to problem solver, addressing and resolving any issues swiftly and effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Deep understanding of consignment volumes to optimise operations.
* Highly organised with the ability to keep meticulous daily records of key performance indicators to track and improve performance.
* Proficient in Excel and MS Word for data management and documentation.
* Able to maintain composure and deliver results even in high-pressure situations.
* Good knowledge of UK geography to optimise logistics.
